About Allhallows Park

Fresh air and a wonderful location close to the Thames Estuary attract the young at heart to this superbly located park. Situated immediately adjacent to a golf course, Allhallows Park is surrounded by plenty of green open space. there is a family-run local store and post office within a few hundred yards of the park entrance, as well as a doctor's surgery and pub. Further amenities are available in the nearby town of Rochester, including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and the magnificent Rochester Cathedral.

Transport

A bus service stops at the entrance of the park with connections to nearby Rochester and onwards to other major towns and villages in the region. Rochester has a mainline railway station, with direct train links to London, departing several times every hour. Gatwick Airport is less than an hour from the park and provides connections to most of Europe and other destinations.

Nearby Attractions  

The countryside location of the park means that there are plenty of superb walks and trails in the surrounding area. The River Medway runs through the town of Rochester and has a marina with plenty of boats and associated activities. Rochester Castle lights up the sky at night and has been known to host spectacular fireworks displays on special occassions. The town also hosts several festivals each year, including the famous Dickens Week.

Driving Directions

From the M25 junction 2, take the A2 (East), which becomes the M2 and follow the A289 (East), which becomes the M2. take junction 1 off the M2 and follow the A289 (East) At the 'Four Elms Roundabout' take the 1st exit onto the A228. After approximately 4 miles, turn left into 'Fenn Street', which becomes 'Ratcliffe Highway' and then 'Avery Way'. After approximately 3.5 miles turn right (following Avery Way) and the park will be on your right hand side after the Golf Course.
