Wickham Court is one of the latest developments from Park Life Group. Situated in North Boarhunt, Fareham, the park is in a rural area, but close enough to the nearby village of Wickham and town of Fareham to make use of the amenities, which include pubs and shops. The park has a clubhouse, with an indoor swimming pool, steam room and bar. There is also plenty of opportunity for countryside and beach walks due to the rural location on the park.
The park is not on any major bus routes; however Fareham train station is less than five miles away by car. From here there are regular trains to London and the rest of the UK. There is a bus route which runs from Wickham, which is less than 2 and a half miles away. From here buses run to Fareham Winchester and the surrounding villages.
There are lots of large towns/cities surrounding the park, including Waterlooville, Southampton and Portsmouth. Waterlooville is a town with shops and amenities. Southampton is the biggest city in Hampshire, and is home to a major port. There is plenty to do in Southampton with architecture, museums, shops and a port which played a role in WW2 D Day as well as plenty of food and drinking places. Also close by is Portsmouth, which is home to the HMS Warrior, HMS Victory and the Tudor Mary Rose ships. Here you will find shops, bars and restaurants. The park is also not far from the New Forest National Park, famed for its wild horses and is only 30 minutes away by bar.
The park itself is still under development, but plots and homes are now available.
