About Moorland Park

When complete, Moorland Park will consist of 19 homes.

All homes will have alongside drive parking at the minimum but there is enough space to provide a garage if the new owners prefers. Some plots even have enough space to accommodate a motorhome, (however these are limited so will be on a first-come-first-served basis).

All homes are supplied by Moorland Main Gas, Electricity and Mains Water. A Fibre Optic aerial system will also be available to give Sky and Broadband services if required.

Small pets are allowed at the site owner's discretion.

The Location

Bovey Tracey is on the edge of the Dartmoor with all the wild beauty of this south-west national park. Yet within less than 30 minutes you can drive to Newton Abbot, Torquay, Paignton, Exeter, Exmouth and even Plymouth.
Closer still is the M5 which gives access to the rest of England while nearby the A30 and the A38 take you into the heart of Cornwall.

Bovey Tracey in Devon gives you the quiet solitude of a market town but offers great access to the greater motorway network.

Bovey Tracey is a small market town, built of cob and granite and known as ‘The Gateway to Dartmoor’. It is the ideal location for exploring the southern edge of Dartmoor and is close to the famous Haytor Rock, one of the high points of Dartmoor.
