On stepping into Marsh Harrier Lodge, you will be bathed in pools of light from the fully vaulted ceiling and glass gable. Offering the ideal combination of indulgence, versatility and practicality, our lodge is furnished in a New England style; with deep shag-pile carpets, wooden blinds, natural muslin curtains and wooden floors creating a home filled with luxurious textures. A custom accent colour can be chosen for use throughout the living and kitchen areas to enable you to create a truly personal space. Thoughtful touches include walk-in wardrobes in both master and second bedrooms, full length lounge windows and fully integrated kitchen appliances.
Marsh Harrier Lodge is ready to move into, located on a waterside plot with stunning views across the marshes. All our facilities are close by, including our newly refurbished pub, shop, swimming pool and boat moorings.

Your holiday lodge has been designed to maximise some of the most stunning views to be found anywhere in the Norfolk Broads National Park. From the peace & tranquility of your south-facing balcony or lounge, you can relax and watch the amazing wildlife of the Norfolk & Suffolk marshses, and there's fantastic walking to be had across the river at the nearby Carlton Marshes nature reserve and Angles Way long distance footpath.

With a great range of facillities on the Park - including a newly refurbished pub & restaurant, indoor heated pool and large shop, you can spend days at your lodge without feeling the need to jump into your car. In fact the best way to explore the area at your own pace is to go walking or venture along the river by boat - you can hire one by the day, or even buy your own cruiser and moor it within a couple of minutes' walk of your lodge!

The Park is open all year so you can use your holiday home whenever you like - the only restriction is that it can't be your main residence. And if there are long periods when you won't be able to visit, we can even hire your lodge out for you to create an income from your investment.
