The Chatsworth Platinum Classic Range

The Chatsworth Platinum, launched at the 2005 National Park Home Show is a 'high-spec' model in the ever-popular Chatsworth range.

This home has the lot! Exteriorly the Platinum benefits from its Palladian style frontage with its two fluted pillars set under an extended gable. The gable is not only extended but larger than that of the Gold.  It also has even more elegant bay windows and a 'cropped hip' roof line as standard. The exterior wall and roof colours can be chosen from our latest range.

The windows, which have locking handles as standard, are fitted with handsome 'platinum' style bars fitted into the double-glazing cavity. The effect is stunning, but so easy to keep clean.

As with all homes in the Stately range, the Platinum is built to the very latest British Standards giving you complete peace of mind and the benefits low running costs.

Inside, the home is very much 'top of the range'. The lounge suite is all leather and available in a choice of colours, as is the carpets, curtains and wallpapers.

Stately offer a choice of kitchen cabinetry, tiles and flooring. The electric fan oven, gas hob and chimney style cooker hood are all in stainless steel. A complete range of integrated appliances is available as optional extras.

Bedrooms are available in either Super White Ash or Swiss Pear Wood. Both ranges are finished with a selection of half mirrored doors. Upholstered padded headboards are standard as are reading lights over the beds.

An ensuite shower room compliments the master bedroom, whilst the main bathroom is fitted with a generous corner bath. The vanity unit in the bathroom fills a complete wall and has the basin and w.c integrated. A choice of tiling packages can be specified at time of order.
